Nutgraf Press is a small independent digital press which delivers the news in a nutshell! From news stories, to opinion articles, to literary reviews and blog posts Nutgraf Press will have it all. This site also acts as a web based portfolio which links to previous work by Chiara Greco, the sites creator.
A little bit about Nutgraf Press
Nutgraf Press' name is inspired by journalistic jargon. When writing an article the "nutgraf" is the paragraph following the articles lede. The "nutgraf" paragraph explains the context of the article. In many articles the "nutgraf" paragraph explains the value and importance of the story. It essentially tells the reader why they should keep reading.
Nutgraf Press was created both as a digital blog and a web based portfolio for journalistic work done by Chiara Greco. Nutgraf Press was created out of a deep honest passion for journalism and will continue to be a platform for Chiara Greco to share her work in a self-published way. While Chiara has worked on and wrote for other newspapers and digital blogs, Nutgraf Press will allow for her to create a new stream of independent work.
